Tracy draws on almost two decades of experience to oversee marketing and communications initiatives for a wide variety of clients such as the St. Louis Rams, St Louis Science Center, Microgrid Energy, Progressive Waste Solutions, and Boxing Clever.
Prior to starting The Polansky Group, Tracy was a partner and Account Director with bigwidesky, and held senior level positions with the YMCA and NPR and has executed experiential event marketing programs for Seventeen Magazine, VH-1, Coca-Cola and more.
Although she has a very strong PR background and loves finding great media solutions for clients, she's also passionate about great creative and strategy. An intelligent, mindful leader who always goes the extra mile to enrich a campaign, Tracy combines her wealth of experience and expertise with resourcefulness and originality to achieve marketing greatness. She has been asked to speak numerous times to budding entrepreneurs at the Washington University Skandarlis Center and TEDX conferences. She is currently on the board for Childrens Miracle Network and has served on the Senior Board of Directors for the Delta Gamma Foundation for Children with Visual Impairments and was on the advisory committee to help start (and then served on) Young Friends Boards for Backstoppers and Guardian Angel Settlement Association. She is also a volunteer for Crisis Nursery, Kingdom House, Ronald McDonald House and St Gabriel the Archangel parish and school.
